GIFT PRESENTATION

All of our products are supplied in beautiful quality packaging, making the experience of receiving your Daines and Hathaway piece that little bit more special.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to have all our product available for immediate despatch, however certain items are made to order for you and can take up to 7-10 working days to reach you. We will notify you as soon as possible where we anticipate any delay.

RETURNS

At Daines and Hathaway, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance therefore if you change your mind about any items from your order, you are welcome to return them to us in their original condition within 28 days of purchase, and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, and we advise all customers to obtain proof of postage and ensure the postage method has adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item.

DELIVERY

Daines and Hathaway offer a free delivery service for all orders being received within the UK. Delivery is made via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or courier, and will require a signature upon receipt.

Deliveries to addresses outside the UK carry a cost. Overseas deliveries are made via courier and will also require a signature upon receipt.

Both UK and overseas shipments are prepared from Monday – Friday, and we will notify you if we anticipate there to be any delay in you receiving your order.
